『ちょこ〜っとぶつけたんだけど…💦HAHAHA！』と入庫頂きました。
どれどれと実際見れば結構ガッツリ。助手席ドアとピラーはしっかり潰れていて、スライドドアは衝撃でめくれて本来の位置からズレた状態💧車両保険は入っていないという事なので、新品取替えに比べ金額を抑えられるよう助手席ドアとスライドドアは修理。真ん中のピラーはさすがに取替えという内容で直していきます。

スライドドアとクォーターパネルを巻き込んでガッツリ凹ませてしまってます(´•ω•̥`)
傷はリアバンパーまで達していて、こちらは樹脂素地(色の塗られていない素地のまんま)で修理不可なので交換。
スライドドアの凹みもなかなかですが、クォーターパネルが思いっきり後ろに押し込まれる形で波打ってしまっています|ω`)
手早くパパっと直せればいいのですが、そうもいかずスライドドアを外して付けてチリを見て。みたいにしていると案外時間がかかるものです⏱

これは交換でしょ！と見せかけて修理で直させていただきました。

まず凹んでいるリアドアをまじまじと観察した後、粗出しでザックリ全体の形を整えます。この時いきなり色を剥がさない方が凹凸が目視できたまま修理できて後々の工程が楽になります。
そこからはUV材料を使用して仕上てみました。UVやっぱ速いッ！

バックの際に鋭い障害物に当ててしまったらしく、リアバンパーが一部ちぎれてしまっていますヽ(￣д￣;)ノ

以下は修理の内容です。

裂けたバンパーは裏側からの補修が必要になるので1度バンパーを自動車本体から外して、後の塗装の邪魔になるセンサーや反射板などの付属品もこの時点でバンパーから外しておきます。
バンパー両面を洗剤を使い水洗いして裏側や隙間に溜まった埃や泥を綺麗にします🧹✨先に洗っておく事で塗装中のゴミ・ブツ抑制、塗料の密着度の向上にも繋がります。

ここから傷の修理がスタートです。
裂けた周辺をヒーターで炙り、ほんのり溶けたとこで周りの変形を修正しながら裂けた断面のチリも合わせていきます🔥
更に炙り、全体的に面を整えたら断面に瞬間接着剤を流し込み固定。更に裏側は補強用の接着剤で固定します。
その後表面を削りバンパー用パテで整えていきます。
パテ処理の後はサフェーサー処理をして塗装前処理は完了です。

今回の色はトヨタの070というボディ色で3コートパールカラーになります。
白色→パール色→透明色の順に3つの色を塗装するので3コートパールといいます。
塗料メーカーのデータにアクセスして、ひとまず配合どおりに原色を調合しテストピースに塗装し、現車との色の違いを確認します。この時点ではほとんどの場合データと現車で色の誤差があるので、色を追加したり微調整をして現車に近い色に寄せていきます。

調色が終わればマスキングをしていきます。マスキングは塗装しない部分を養生して塗料の飛び散りをガードする事ですね。
今回のバンパーは右半分だけ塗装なので、左側半分はマスキングしておきます。
塗装前に表面の汚れや油分を除去したら、白→パール→クリアの順に塗装し塗膜の切れる境目をぼかして馴染ませれば塗装は完了です。

塗装したての塗料はまだベタベタと柔らかいので、しばらく時間を置いてから熱を当てて乾燥・硬化させます。
塗料の乾燥が終われば先程馴染ませた塗装の境目と塗装中に付いたゴミをペーパーで除去して磨きます。

最初に分解したパーツをバンパーに取付け、そのバンパーを自動車本体に取付けてセンサーの作動確認をすれば完成となります。

左スライドドアの下側が鋭く凹んでいて、ステップとクオーターパネルは激しく潰れ裂けてしまっています(._.)
加えてタイヤはバーストしてホイールも曲がってしまいました😢

ステップとクオーターパネルは取替えか悩む所ですが、時間的にも急がれていたのと現部品を活かして欲しい。との事でしたのでドア、ステップ、クオータ共修理の流れになりました。
ステップの酷く潰れた場所は、あえて1度切開した後溶接する事で元の形に成形していきます。
クオーターパネルは、ある程度形を整えてから裂けてしまった箇所を溶接して直しました。

1度補修の形跡があるフードの修理になります。
表面を覆っているクリア層が剥がれてきたので、これを機にフードのみブラックに塗りたい！というご希望です。
ブラックは当時ボディカラーの設定があったスターライトブラックパール・カラーコードNH592Pを指定いただきました。

前回の補修がどんな塗料を使っていたのか？どのぐらいの期間が経過しているか？は不明との事なので、フードを取り外し、付属品を分解。1度全ての塗装を剥離して下地から新設していく。という流れで修理を進めました。
